Day in the life: Lobstering Adventure

Service Description

What better way to learn about Maine's iconic lobster fishery than getting right in the middle of the action?!. We'll fish for bait as ospreys and eagles dive and haul traps next to colonies of seals as we learn about the world of lobstering– from buoy to bands. Run by a Maine-state certified teacher and EMT-certified duo who both have 20+ years of experience running experiential educational programs, you can rest assured your child will be safely cared for and engaged in an action-packed day of adventuring! This full-day program runs from 9am-6pm. Price is per kid. Either sign up for a scheduled date or message us to organize your own group of 6 kids and select a date that works for you. We provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services to and from Portland (and more locations within 1hr of Phippsburg per request). Discounted rates apply to full groups who elect to drop off in Phippsburg.
